Melissa Lin is a CA Real Estate Broker who has been sharing her knowledge of strategic property marketing and contract negotiation with clients for over a decade. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Melissa now resides in Saratoga, CA with her husband and has the pleasure of serving home buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. She specializes in the Silicon Valley/South Bay marketplace (Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Santa Clara, San Jose, Saratoga, Sunnyvale and beyond). She works with a wide range of clients – from first-time home buyers to growing families, relocating professionals as well as investors.
